On December 12, 2008 the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola will open, forever changing the way people experience Whistler Blackcomb. During the winter, skiers and snowboarders will have increased access to over 8,000 acres of terrain on the two mountains, effectively doubling the current terrain by making it easy and efficient to ride on both mountains.
